MOST Audio Post V.O.F. (referred to as: ‘MOST’) provides services to clients in the media industry. In order to do so, we keep a record of our clients (business name, contact person, business address, e-mail address, website and phone numbers). By way of our invoicing records and our CRM system, we also collect information on the business we have done or have discussed with our clients or prospective clients. This data is processed on the basis of the performance of our agreement with you, or, before we have agreed to take on an assignment, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
We use a separate database containing only name, company name, e-mail address and gender (if entered) for the subscriptions to our e-mail newsletter. This data is processed on the basis of your consent, given at the moment of subscription. Every newsletter has a subscribe/unsubscribe function, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
We retain client and invoicing data for 7 years after the end of our business relationship, in accordance with Dutch fiscal record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Data collected during a pre-contractual stage that does not result in a business relationship is deleted after 2 years.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any of these rights, see “Questions?” below.
