Data Processing

MOST Audio Post V.O.F. (referred to as: ‘MOST’) provides services to clients in the media industry. In order to do so, we keep a record of our clients (business name, contact person, business address, e-mail address, website and phone numbers). By way of our invoicing records and our CRM system, we also collect information on the business we have done or have discussed with our clients or prospective clients. We use a seperate database containing only name, company name, e-mail address and gender (if entered) for the subscriptions to our e-mail newsletter. Every newsletter has a subscribe/unsubscribe function.

We do not share any information we collect with third parties, with the exception of the information on the invoices and payments we send and receive, which is shared with our accounting firm Finami. This sharing is covered by their DPA (Data Processing Agreement / “Verwerkersovereenkomst”) which is available on request.
